The iPhone 13 series is not waterproof but they are all water resistant, with an IP rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529, this applies to all models. This means the iPhone 13 can be in a maximum depth of 6 metres for up to 30 minutes.

Water resistance means the device is able to resist a certain amount of water but not entirely and this is measured using an IP rating.
